You don’t need to know which AI tool to use. You do need to share how the work happens and make time for the questionnaire and session.

You can use the plan yourself, take it to someone who can build it, or discuss separate implementation help with me if it’s a fit.
The consult covers diagnosis and planning. Building or configuring systems, ongoing support and additional sessions are separate. Specialist work may need another provider.
Any Advisory or done-for-you engagement is scoped and priced separately. There is no automatic consult credit.

Do I need Nora or a paid AI tool first?
No. You can book the consult on its own. We'll look at the tools you already use and where AI could help. Any recommended software costs will be explained in your plan.
What if I don't know which problem to bring?
Start with the work that keeps taking more time than it should. The questionnaire gives me the wider picture, so I can recommend one focus for you to review before we meet.
Will you build an automation during the session?
The session covers diagnosis and planning. We'll work through one process and the changes worth making. Building, configuring and testing a system are separate work, scoped after we know what's needed.
When will I receive my plan?
Within three business days of our session. I'll review your written plan, Amplified Systems Map, walkthrough and prompts before sending them to you.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. The recording and transcript help me prepare your plan accurately. You can ask us to delete them by emailing info@theunstoppableai.com. Please leave passwords, payment details and confidential client records out of your questionnaire and session.
Do I have to buy more help afterward?
No. Your plan includes practical next steps you can use yourself or take to someone who can help. Advisory and done-for-you work are separate options if they're a fit. The consult fee is not automatically credited toward another service.
What is the refund policy?
Email info@theunstoppableai.com within 60 calendar days of purchase and before your session to request a refund. You receive 75% back before submitting your questionnaire, or 50% after submitting it. No refund applies after 60 days or once your session has taken place. The terms also cover missed sessions and late rescheduling.
