This Privacy Policy explains how MM Solutions, Inc., doing business as Unstoppable AI ("Unstoppable AI," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit theunstoppableai.com, sign up for our emails or texts, buy our products, or work with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, join a list, or buy something.
• Purchase details, such as what you bought and when. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
• For the Founder Bottleneck Blueprint: your questionnaire answers, the public web pages you ask us to review, your response to your recommended focus, and your session recording and transcript.
• Anything you send us by email, text, or through our forms and chat tools.

Information collected automatically

• Technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit.
• Cookies and similar tools, described in section 6.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• deliver what you bought, including sign-in links, downloads, and your setup page
• run the Founder Bottleneck Blueprint, from reviewing your questionnaire to preparing your delivery package
• answer your questions and provide support
• send emails and texts you have agreed to receive
• understand how our website and funnel perform so we can improve them
• keep records we need for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
• protect our website, products, and customers from fraud and misuse

3. How we use AI

We use AI tools to help deliver some of our services. For the Founder Bottleneck Blueprint, AI helps analyze your questionnaire answers and the public web pages you list, prepare notes for your session, and prepare first drafts of your delivery package from your session transcript. Margi reviews and approves everything before it reaches you.

The AI providers we currently use are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Perplexity. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

The AI Chief of Staff and Founder Command Center run inside your own Claude and Notion accounts. We do not receive the business information you enter into them. Anthropic and Notion handle that information under their own privacy policies.

4. Texts and emails

If you opt in to texts, you may receive messages about your order and occasional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We will still send messages you need about something you bought, such as sign-in links.

We do not share your phone number or text opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to understand how visitors use the site. Public pages use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Your private sign-in and setup pages do not use advertising tracking, and Blueprint questionnaire answers are never sent to analytics tools.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

7. How long we keep your information

8. How we protect your information

We use encryption, secure platforms, and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
• stop sending you marketing messages

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. Email info@theunstoppableai.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10. Children

Our website and products are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell customers by email.
