How long does the questionnaire take?
About 15 to 20 minutes. You can save your progress and finish later.
When do I book my session?
After you've completed your onboarding form and received your recommended focus, you'll send me your response and book your session. That way we spend our time mapping the right process.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. The recording and transcript are how I build your Blueprint accurately. We keep them until you ask us to delete them. We may delete the recording sooner once your Blueprint package is approved, because the transcript keeps what we need.
What should I leave out of the questionnaire?
Passwords, payment details, private health information, and confidential client records.
How soon do I get my Blueprint?
Within 3 business days of your session.
What if it isn't a fit?
To request a refund, email info@theunstoppableai.com within 60 calendar days of purchase and before your session. You receive 75% of your Blueprint payment back if you have not submitted your questionnaire, or 50% if you have submitted it. No refund applies after 60 days or once your session has taken place, even if you have not completed the questionnaire.
