If the real drag sits in a specialist system like inventory, shipping, point of sale, or regulated records, your Blueprint will name it, prioritize it, and point you to the right kind of help.

- How long does the questionnaire take?
- About 15 to 20 minutes. You can save your progress and finish later.
- When do I book my session?
- After you've seen your recommended focus and sent me your response. That way we spend the whole hour mapping the right process.
- Is the session recorded?
- Yes. The recording and transcript are how I build your Blueprint accurately. Raw transcripts and website text are deleted automatically 90 days after your Blueprint package is approved.
- What should I leave out of the questionnaire?
- Passwords, payment details, private health information, and confidential client records.
- How soon do I get my Blueprint?
- Within 3 business days of your session.
- What if it isn't a fit?
- You get a full refund until you submit your questionnaire, and half until your session. Once we've met, no refund applies.
