Founder Bottleneck Blueprint: Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and MM Solutions, Inc., an Illinois corporation doing business as Unstoppable AI, 807 North Beverly Lane, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004 ("Unstoppable AI," "we," "us"). Margi Sheehan delivers the service. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. What the Blueprint is

The Founder Bottleneck Blueprint is a one-to-one diagnostic service. It identifies the one part of your business creating the most drag and gives you a prioritized plan for what to fix, what system you need, and what to do next.

It includes:

1. a questionnaire about how your business runs
2. a preliminary analysis of your answers and public website, reviewed by Margi
3. a proposed focus shared with you before your session, with a chance to respond
4. one recorded 60-minute bottleneck-mapping session
5. a delivery package containing your Blueprint, a bonus Amplified Systems Map, a walkthrough video, and accompanying prompts

AI Chief of Staff buyer bonus. If you added the Blueprint during your AI Chief of Staff purchase, your session also includes a 30-minute AI Chief of Staff optimization and Q&A block immediately before the mapping session, for 90 minutes total. The AI Chief of Staff must be installed before your session. The bonus covers questions, clarification, and refinement of an installed setup. It does not include installation, custom rebuilds, or open-ended technical troubleshooting. If installation is incomplete at the session, the 60-minute mapping session still goes ahead as planned.

3. Scope

The questionnaire looks at your whole business so the recommendation is well informed. The session and the Blueprint address one bottleneck.

The Blueprint does not include:

• a diagnosis of your entire company
• selection of your complete technology stack
• design of every automation or system
• building, configuring, or implementing any system
• specialist system design, such as inventory, shipping, point of sale, regulated records, or field operations

Where the bottleneck involves a specialist system, the Blueprint will identify and prioritize the need and may recommend outside help.

The Blueprint may recommend self-implementation, Intelligent Systems Advisory, or another path. A Blueprint purchase does not guarantee eligibility for any other offer.

4. How the process works

Questionnaire. You complete the questionnaire on a secure page. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and you can save your progress.

Preliminary analysis. AI tools help prepare a first analysis of your answers and the public web pages you list. Margi reviews it and confirms or changes the recommended focus. AI assists the preparation, and Margi makes the diagnosis.

Your response. You review the proposed focus and tell us what fits and what was misunderstood. Booking opens after you respond.

Selected focus. The final focus is confirmed by Margi before your session, taking your response into account.

Session. The session is held online and recorded.

Delivery. After the session, we prepare your delivery package and send it once Margi has reviewed and approved it. We aim to deliver your package within 3 business days of your session.

5. Your responsibilities

To get an accurate Blueprint, you agree to:

• give honest, reasonably complete answers
• complete the questionnaire and respond to the proposed focus before booking
• attend your session on time, with a working camera or audio and a stable internet connection
• install the AI Chief of Staff before your session if you are using the buyer bonus

The quality of the Blueprint depends on the information you provide. We are not responsible for recommendations that are affected by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card or bank details, private health information, or confidential client records in the questionnaire or during the session.

6. AI processing

We use AI tools to analyze questionnaire answers, review the public website pages you provide, prepare Margi's private session brief, and prepare first drafts of your delivery package from the session transcript.

Everything sent to you is reviewed and approved by Margi first. The AI providers we currently use are listed in our Privacy Policy.

7. Recording, transcripts, and retention

By booking, you agree that your session will be recorded and transcribed. We use the recording and transcript to prepare your Blueprint and delivery package.

Session recordings, transcripts, and the text we collect from your website are deleted automatically 90 days after your delivery package is approved.

We keep your questionnaire answers and your delivered Blueprint, Amplified Systems Map, and prompts for 24 months after your package is approved, so that any later work together can build on them. After 24 months they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing info@theunstoppableai.com.

8. Confidentiality

We keep the information you share confidential. We use it only to deliver your Blueprint, support any later engagement you choose, and improve our services.

We may use what we learn in anonymized, aggregated form to improve our methods and products. We will never publish your name, business name, or identifiable details without your written permission.

This does not apply to information that is already public, that you have made public, or that we are required by law to disclose.

9. Scheduling, rescheduling, and missed sessions

Please book your session within 60 days of purchase.

You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours' notice.

If you miss your session, or reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice, the session is treated as having taken place. No replacement session, refund, or delivery package is provided, because your Blueprint is built from the session itself.

If something urgent comes up, email info@theunstoppableai.com as soon as you can. We handle genuine emergencies case by case, at our discretion.

If we need to reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and offer you the next available times.

10. Refunds

You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before you submit your questionnaire.

Once your questionnaire is submitted, you can cancel before your session and receive a refund of 50% of what you paid.

Once your session has taken place, no refund applies.

To cancel, email info@theunstoppableai.com.

Refunding the Blueprint does not affect your AI Chief of Staff purchase, which follows its own terms.

11. Ownership

You own your questionnaire answers and your business information.

Once you have paid, you may use your Blueprint, Amplified Systems Map, and prompts inside your own business. We keep ownership of our methods, frameworks, templates, prompts, and documentation patterns, and we may reuse the underlying patterns with other clients. You may not resell or publish the delivery package as your own product.

12. No guaranteed results

The Blueprint is a diagnosis and a plan. It does not guarantee any revenue, time saved, or business outcome. Results depend on how you implement the plan and many factors outside our control. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for how you act on the recommendations.

Nothing in the Blueprint is legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the service or from actions you take based on it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Blueprint is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
