Why I built her
I once let AI help me waste eight hours.
Back when I was building this business alone with nothing but Claude and good intentions, I had an idea for an app. It had nothing to do with what I was supposed to be working on, so naturally I took it to AI, which turned out to be a fantastic procrastination partner.
We thought through the concept, designed the whole thing end to end, did market research, sized up the competitors. Eight hours of productive work.
One problem. None of it moved the goal I was trying to hit.
In eight hours, AI never once stopped and said:
“Margi. Why are we doing this?”
That is when it clicked. I did not need AI to help me do more, because it is already exceptionally good at that.
I needed it to help me decide what not to do.
That is the strange part about working alone. On a team, someone eventually asks why we are working on this at all. When you are the only one in the room, a rabbit hole looks exactly like productive work.
So I built the person I was missing and I called her Nora. She has been running this business alongside me ever since, and she is the reason I know what I am working on today.

Meet Nora, your chief of staff.
Nora lives inside Claude, so there is no new app to open and no system to set up first. You just start talking.
Tell her what is on your mind. The projects, the client work, the thing you should have done yesterday, the idea you are suddenly convinced needs to happen immediately.
She helps you sort through the mess. What matters now, what can wait, what supports the goals you are working toward, and what looks suspiciously like another rabbit hole.
