AI Chief of Staff: Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and MM Solutions, Inc., an Illinois corporation doing business as Unstoppable AI, 807 North Beverly Lane, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004 ("Unstoppable AI," "we," "us"). They apply when you buy or use the AI Chief of Staff, and the Founder Command Center if you add it.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

2. What you are buying

The AI Chief of Staff is a digital product made up of a Claude skill file, a web setup guide, and supporting setup materials. The Founder Command Center is a separate skill file, sold as an add-on, that reads the task board the AI Chief of Staff creates.

Both are skills. They respond when you open a session and ask them to work. They do not run on their own schedule, act without you, or take actions outside the permissions you give them.

The current product description at the time of your purchase forms part of these terms.

3. What you need to use it

The product runs on third-party services that you provide and pay for yourself:

• a paid Claude plan and the Claude desktop app
• a Notion account
• a computer and internet connection that meet those services' requirements

We do not control these services. Anthropic, Notion, and any other provider may change their features, pricing, availability, or terms at any time, and those changes can affect how the product works. We will make reasonable efforts to update the product when a platform change breaks core functionality, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every future version of a third-party service.

Some features, such as live dashboards, depend on your Claude plan and account settings. Where a feature is not available on your setup, the product provides a fallback described in the setup guide.

4. Access and delivery

After your payment succeeds, we send a secure sign-in link to the email address you used at checkout. The link gives you access to your setup page and the downloads for the products you own. You can request a fresh link from the access page at any time.

Access is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in links or post the download files anywhere others can reach them.

You can sign in and download your files any time while we offer the product. Anything you have already downloaded is yours to keep using under the license in section 5.

5. Your license

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product inside your own business.

You may:

• install the skill in Claude accounts you or your business control
• let your own team members or contractors use your installation for your business
• adjust the skill for your own internal use

You may not:

• resell, share, sublicense, or give away the skill files, setup guide, or materials
• package the product, or a modified version of it, as your own product or service
• install it for clients or other businesses as part of a paid service without a separate written agreement with us

6. Intellectual property

We own the product, including the skill files, instructions, prompts, setup guide, videos, and designs. Buying a license does not transfer ownership.

You own your content. That includes the goals, tasks, decisions, and business information you give the product and the task board it builds in your Notion account. We have no access to your Claude or Notion accounts through the product.

7. Your data and privacy

The product works inside your own Claude and Notion accounts. Your business information is processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not receive it.

We collect the information needed to sell and deliver the product, such as your name, email address, purchase details, and, if you choose, your phone number and marketing preferences. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, passwords, health records, or confidential client records, into any AI tool unless you are sure your account settings and obligations allow it.

8. Support

Support covers access problems, such as a sign-in link or download that does not work. Contact us at info@theunstoppableai.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will reply within 2 business days. You can also request a fresh sign-in link yourself from the access page at any time.

Setup questions are answered by the setup guide and its troubleshooting section. Support does not include one-on-one installation, custom builds, changes tailored to your business, or help with third-party accounts.

9. All sales are final

The AI Chief of Staff and the Founder Command Center are digital products that you download and keep. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Before you buy, please check that you have what the product needs to run, listed in section 3.

If your access link or a download does not work, contact us and we will fix it.

10. No guaranteed results

The product helps you organize priorities, keep business context, and decide what to work on. Your results depend on how you use it, your business, and many factors outside our control. We do not promise any specific outcome, revenue, or time saved.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for checking anything the product suggests before you act on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the product is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the product or any third-party service it depends on.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end your license if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the product. You may stop using the product at any time.

Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 continue to apply after your license ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase. For later purchases, the terms shown at checkout apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
