Every client I work with has a file in the folder where my business keeps what it knows. What we decided. What I promised. What I still have to go check before I say it out loud. Even the words that client uses for things, so I use the same ones back to them.
The file gets written while the call is still warm, which is the part that makes it work. By the time the next one comes around, everything is already in front of me. The research. The order I want to say things in. The one thing I need to confirm before I state it as fact.
I stopped keeping my business in my head. The folder does that better than I ever did.
The AI Move
Most people fix a bad AI answer by writing a better prompt. The faster fix is giving it something to read first.
A business brain is a folder of plain text files that hold what your business knows. Not a tool you buy. A folder. AI reads it before it answers, so it stops guessing about you and starts working from your real situation.
Mine holds my offers at their real prices, how I sound when I write, a file for every client, every decision I have made with the reason attached, plus what is live this week against what is parked on purpose. Every session starts from all of that instead of from scratch.
Start with one file and call it foundation. Inside it, write four things: what you sell at what price, who buys it, how you describe the business in your own words, plus the decisions you have already made so nobody reopens them next week. That last one does more work than the other three combined, because it is the part AI can never infer.
One more step, or the folder just sits there looking organized. Connect it to the desktop app so Claude reads the files straight off your machine, or load them into a Project if you live in the browser. Every new chat opens already knowing.
You will not be maintaining this by hand. Once the folder is connected, AI writes to it as you work, so a decision you make on Tuesday is in the file on Tuesday. Mine has grown for four months and I have never sat down to update it. Next week I will show you how one file becomes the set that runs a business.
Your prompts are already good enough. The context underneath them is what is thin.
This week's prompt
Paste this into AI. It will interview you and hand back your first foundation file, ready to save.
ROLE: You are a business operations consultant who builds context files for AI systems.
CONTEXT: I want to build a foundation file for my business. It is a plain text file AI reads before answering anything, so it stops asking me the same questions every session.
REQUEST:
1. Interview me one question at a time until you have what you need. Do not send a list of questions all at once.
2. Cover what I sell at what price, who buys it, how I describe the business in my own words, how I sound when I write, plus the decisions I have already locked.
3. Watch for anything I say twice or explain twice, and flag it, because that is the context I have been carrying in my head.
4. Write the finished file in plain markdown, organized under clear headings, using my own words wherever I gave you good ones.
5. At the end, tell me the three things most likely to go out of date, and where I should note them.
Start with your first question.
That file is step one, and the community is where the rest of the system gets built alongside other founders doing the same thing. It is being shaped right now with the people on the waitlist, so early names help decide what goes in it. Join at theunstoppableai.com/community.
I am also planning a small AI and business retreat in Greece for 2027. The interest list is open at theunstoppableai.com/retreat.
