Andros, Greece. Summer 2027.

Women who built their own businesses and run six roles out of one head. The thing works, and it takes all of you to keep it running. You have thought more than once that you are the bottleneck in your own business.

You have also done most of it alone. No business partner to think out loud with. A family that loves you and still has no idea what you do all day. Decisions made in your own head at eleven at night because there is nobody else in the room.

This one is women only. You do not need to have worked with me before, and you do not need to be technical.

Working systems in your business. Built, tested, running before you fly home.

Prompts are where most people stop. A system is the whole thing running end to end. It knows your business, it does the work, and it keeps going after you close the laptop.

A few examples of what that looks like:

• A marketing system that researches your audience, plans the content, sketches out the words in your voice, makes the images and video that go with them, and keeps it all publishing on schedule.
• A sales system that finds the right people, follows up on its own, and tells you who is worth your time.
• A product system that takes an idea, packages it, and sells it. This is the one I am building for my own business right now, and I will walk you through every piece of how I did it.

Day after day with women running the same race you are.

The thing you are worst at is something one of them does without thinking about it, and the thing she is stuck on is the thing you could fix in an afternoon. That trade is how people used to get by before all of it moved behind a screen, and it is most of what you lose working alone.

Some of what happens in a room like this has nothing to do with AI. It is saying the hard part out loud, where you are stuck, what you are scared of, the number you have not told anybody. We are there long enough for that to happen.

You also leave knowing a small group of women who get it without you having to explain any of it.

Island time, with one working week in the middle.

Yoga most mornings for anyone who wants it. Sessions run Monday through Friday, mornings only.

The rest is a mix. Some afternoons are planned: cooking class, boat day, a hike, the kind of thing you would never book for yourself at home. Some are left open on purpose, because a trip with every hour spoken for is a different kind of exhausting. Evenings are mostly yours.

You can opt out of anything. Nobody is taking attendance.

I live in Greece. Andros is the island I keep going back to, and I have wanted to do this here since the first time I saw it.

I have been building my own business for four years. My background is software engineering, which is why AI is where I finally landed after a long stretch of wrong turns, and it is the first thing that has felt like mine. It is also still lonely. I have no business partner to talk any of it through with, my family does not understand what I do, and a lot of days I am guessing.

I spend those days helping business owners hand their busywork to AI so they get their time back, and I do all of it through a screen. Everything went online and stayed there.

This is the retreat I needed four years ago.

Still being built, and that is deliberate. Dates, length, cost, and the final shape get locked once I know who is coming. The group will be small.
