You have bought the courses, saved the posts, and written a list of AI tools you meant to set up when things calmed down. You have a rough idea of what is broken. What you do not have is the time to work out which piece comes first, or someone to build it alongside you while the business keeps running.
This is done-with-you AI implementation. If the work still routes through one person, this fits, whether that is you on your own or you and a small team.
How we work
How the four months run.
Month 1
Diagnose and design.
Two sessions. I map the business with you, we choose the systems worth building, and we sequence the next three months. You leave month one with a plan and the first piece already moving.
Months 2 to 4
Build and embed.
Two working sessions a month, and we build in them. We make the first version of each thing together with your hands on the keyboard, test it in your real business, then refine it.
Every session is planned for 45 minutes and booked for an hour. Between sessions you have me on Voxer on business days, answered within one business day.

Questions about working together.
Do I need to complete the Blueprint first?
No. You can start here directly or come in with your Founder Bottleneck Blueprint. Month one gives us time to understand the business, choose the systems worth building and sequence the work.
Do I have to do work between sessions?
Some. We build the first version of each thing together in the session, so you see exactly how it works. What is left is usually repeating that same pattern across the rest of your business, and you have the working example, the recording and a prompt to walk you through it. Some people finish inside the session. Some take an hour afterwards. Both are normal.
How long does it take to get AI systems working in a founder-led business?
Four months in this engagement. The first month diagnoses the business and sequences what gets built. The next three build it, in two working sessions a month, with the founder's hands on the keyboard while it is made. The systems get tested and adopted during the engagement. Nothing waits for a handover at the end.
Who is the Intelligent Systems Advisory not for?
Businesses whose core operations sit outside the supported stack. Inventory and shipping, retail point of sale, complex shift scheduling, field operations and regulated records are not part of this work. It also suits nobody who wants the whole thing built for them while they stay out of it, because the method depends on your hands being on the build.
